Day 1 of lockdown

Hi guys today I am going to tell you guys what I have been doing on the first day of lock down.

Today I had tomato and basil tuna on toast it was delicious, after I finished having breakfast I brushed my teeth, then my dad watched the news on TV then I came and watched some netflix  with him, then I played on my phone for about an hour . Then I went to go play outside. Then my dad came outside and we started to do some work, I mowed most of the lawn while my dad put together part of my trampoline that flew over the fence a few weeks ago luckily the neighbours took it off their fence and laid it out for us and made it easier for us to take it apart and carry back to our house.  After a while my dad and I swapped and he mowed the rest of the lawn and I put the springs on the trampoline but we were missing three springs  so I went out to where the trampoline landed and searched for them then I found two of the springs but one was still missing but I couldn't find it so I came back.

Then after that my dad and I put together the legs of the trampoline while my mum goes to work, she is a essential worker she works for the NZ post she loads and  unloads the packages from the planes from overseas and New Zealand and  she is also a forklift driver. My cousin is an essential worker too she packs the chicken from tegel to feed all the people in New Zealand. After my mum went to work it was just my dad and I at home because my cousin was working late then I came inside and had a nice warm relaxing shower. but I showered too early and forgot to take the legs take the legs down from the trampoline so that the trampoline doesn't fly away again so my dad had to do it in the dark. Then we both watched a movie together half way through the movie my dad went to go shower so I played on the PS4 until my dad came back then after the movie we both went to sleep

  1. Hi Kian
It sounds like you had enough to keep yourself busy on the first day of lockdow. Well don for helping mow the lawns. I quite like mowing lawns, but my lawnmower finally died last week and I had to wait until we went to Level 3 to get another one using click and collect at Mitre 10.
You've done a great job with your writing here, just don't forget to use good punctuation (e.g. capital letters and full stops).
