- warm water.
- yeast.

Instructions:
- Wash your hands.
- get the equipment.
- Put the 1 tablespoon of ginger in the cup
- half fill the cup with warm water.
- add one teaspoon of yeast.
- mix it all together.
- leave it ferment for 1 week.
- after one week taste it.
