Six thing people can do in gymnastics

 Trampoline

1. Bounce as high as you can five times.

2. Do a front flip.

3. Do a back flip if you can.

4. Bounce on your knees then try to do a flip as you bounce up.

5. Do a 360 spin.

6. Do a really low front flip.


Mini trampoline 

1. Run up and see how far you can jump.

2. Run up and do a front flip.

3. Run up and do a superman pose.

4. Run up and do a 360 spin.

5. Run up and try to do a Michael Jordan free throw line dunk.

6. Run up and do backwards flip.


Floor mat

1.  Roly  poly.

2. Backwards roly poly.

3. Hand stand.

4.  Head stand.

5. A forward bridge.

6. A backwards bridge. 



Parallel bars.

1. Go to the other side of the parallel bars.

2. Try and do  the same thing backwards.

3. Try and do air kicks while going to the other side.

4. Try and stand up on the parallel bars.

5. Try and walk on the parallel bars.

6. Try and do a pose.

Beam

1. Try and walk to the other side without falling off.

2. Try and walk backwards without falling off.

3. Do giant air kicks while walking to the other side.

4. Do giant air kicks while walking backwards.

5. Try and hop while on it.

6. Try and hop backwards while on the beam.

Bars  

1. Try and do  a loopty loop.

2. Try and do  a backwards loopty loop.

3. Try and see how long you can hang there for.

4. Try and see if you can hang upside down for it.

5. Try and see if you can put your legs through your arms and hang their.

6. Do a double loopty loop.
